He was very easy to work with, very honest, and very responsive (the last 2 traits are a wonderful change of pace, coming from California).
We didn't work directly with the rest of his team that much, but when we did interact with them, it was very smooth. I also got good feedback about Randall and his team from my CU (credit union) people that financed the loan.
