He was exactly what we were looking for - not pushy, but willing to do whatever it took to make a win-win transaction happen. He has background in construction, so he knows what he is talking about when we were going thru the details of the house / property. Very friendly - in a REAL / not a Real_Estate_Agent_Doing_Whatever_it_Takes_to_Make_a_Sale way. I would whole-heartedly recommend Randall to anyone looking for a property (we've only worked with him on the purchasing side). He was very easy to work with, very honest, and very responsive (the last 2 traits are a wonderful change of pace, coming from California). We didn't work directly with the rest of his team that much, but when we did interact with them, it was very smooth. I also got good feedback about Randall and his team from my CU (credit union) people that financed the loan. Tom I honestly can't think of any negatives to bring up - to try and balance this recommendation out.
