My family and I had just returned from a 20 year stint in California, and were ready to buy a house, and settle in. I found Randy online from some listings that interested us, and gave him a call. He was exactly what we were looking for - not pushy, but willing to do whatever it took to make a win-win transaction happen. He has background in construction, so he knows what he is talking about when we were going thru the details of the house / property.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Randall to anyone looking for a property (we've only worked with him on the purchasing side). He was very easy to work with, very honest, and very responsive (the last 2 traits are a wonderful change of pace, coming from California).
We didn't work directly with the rest of his team that much, but when we did interact with them, it was very smooth. I also got good feedback about Randall and his team from my CU (credit union) people that financed the loan.
